House rules

- Check-IN : 2pm / Check-OUT: 10am
- NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE
- PASSPORT will be strictly required before CHECK-IN, non registered guests won´t be allowed in the property
- Flexible late CKECK-OUT or early CHECK-IN available, subject to disponibility and extra FEE
- CHECK-OUT: Leave the Keys on top of the entrance cabinet. Lost key causes a $80 penalty.
- For stays longer than 30 days electricity, water, or gas is
covered up to a total of 120€ per month . Any excess will be charged to the guests at the end of the stay.

Guest access

*Electronic Door Lock is available at the property for easy access and flexible check-in / check-out time at your convenience. Building entrance will be open between 9.30AM to 13.30PM and from 17PM to 20PM on weekdays only, outside this timeframe please arrival time must be notified to the host to make the proper arrangements.

*Apartment is 100% private for guests

Interaction with guests

Help and assistance is offered to guests 24/7 during the entire stay thought Airbnb platform.

- Optional CLEANING service during the stay can be arranged at the property for an Extra Fee ( third party provider)

- Flexible CKECK-IN / CHECK-OUT with an EXTRA FEE, upon request and availability.

- No parties or loud gatherings allowed—this is a peaceful residential building.

- Fast Wi-Fi and a workspace make it suitable for remote work.

- Host available throughout your stay for assistance or recommendations.

- Essense Living cannot be held responsible for any external construction noise in the building or surrounding area, as these situations are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, and rest assured we will always do our best to ensure your comfort and a pleasant stay.
