Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it the ideal choice for both families and groups of friends looking to explore Madrid in style and comfort.
A nice master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a secondary double bedroom with its own bathroom and workplace. The 2 bedrooms feature comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep after an exciting day of sightseeing. The Living Room also has a cozy sofa that can be turned into a bed.

The kitchen has been designed with functionality and elegance in mind. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and top quality cookware, making it the perfect place to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them in the comfortable dining area.

2 bathrooms with spacious showers and indirect lighting that create the perfect atmosphere for you to relax. Enjoy and forget the routine. Soft towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort.

- For stays longer than 30 days electricity, water, or gas is
covered up to a total of 120€ per month . Any excess will be charged to the guests at the end of the stay.
*Electronic Door Lock is available at the property for easy access and flexible check-in / check-out time at your convenience. Building entrance will be open between 9AM to 14PM and 17PM to 20PM, outside this timeframe arrival time must be notified to the host. Extra cost of 20€ + IVA from 20PM to 12AM, additional 20€+IVA from 12AM onwards)
*Concierge service at the building entrance on weekdays until 8pm to attend any emergency occurred and guarantee the security at all times.
*Apartment is 100% private for guests
Help and assistance is offered to guests 24/7 during the entire stay thought Airbnb platform.
* Only reservations longer than 32 days are accpeted. Signature of a temporary rental contract is required
* PAID PARKING Slot can be arranged on the premises for an extra monthly fee of 180€
* CLEANING during the stay can be arranged at the property for an Extra Fee ( third party provider)

In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established hours of rest at all times.
