House rules

- Check-IN : 2pm / Check-OUT: 10am
- Flexible CKECK-IN / CHECK-OUT with an EXTRA FEE, upon request and availability.
- PASSPORT will be strictly required before CHECK-IN, non registered guests won´t be allowed in the property
- NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE
- CHECK-OUT: Leave the Keys on top of the entrance cabinet. Lost key causes a $80 penalty.
- For stays longer than 30 days electricity, water, or gas is
covered up to a total of 100€ per month . Any excess will be charged to the guests at the end of the stay.

Guest access

*Electronic Door Lock is available at the property for easy access and flexible check-in / check-out time at your convenience. Building entrance will be open between 8AM to 22.30PM outside this timeframe please arrival time must be notified to the host to make the proper arrangements.

*24/7 concierge service at the building entrance to attend any emergency occurred and guarantee the security at all times.

*Penthouse apartment is 100% private for guests

Interaction with guests

Help and assistance is offered to guests 24/7 during the entire stay thought Airbnb platform.

* PAID PARKING Slot can be arranged on the premises for an extra monthly fee of 110€ paid directly to the building Admin

* CLEANING service during the stay can be arranged at the property for an Extra Fee ( third party provider)

In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established hours of rest at all times.

* IDs of all guests must be provided BEFORE CHECK-IN
